Elaine Redwine revealed that father of missing 13 year old Dylan Redwine, Mark Redwine, had photos taken of himself, wearing an adult diaper, and, apparently, eating his own feces.
This was before Dylan went to visit, and it was not brought up to the judge to allow the judge to make an appropriate decision to keep Dylan from going. A judge would likely not allow a child to visit, unsupervised, with such troubling perversity. Having testified more times than I can remember in child abuse cases, no judge would have ever sent him unsupervised, but would have ordered psych evals for Mark Redwine.
Statement Analysis of Mark Redwine indicate:
Guilty knowledge of Dylan Redwine's disappearance
Verbal indication that Dylan is deceased.
These pictures were discovered approximately about two years ago, and had they been brought to the attention of the judge, would likely have factored into the judge's decision to allow visitation.
Seeing a father wearing a diaper and eating feces would have precluded a judge from allowing unsupervised contact.
These pictures were edited out of the Dr. Phil Show.
Something this disturbing is surprising that Dr. Phil did not seek to address the perversity within Mark Redwine, since he often speaks of breaking out "all the truth" and "getting to the bottom" of issues.
That Dylan revealed to his father the knowledge of these pictures greatly increased the risk of violence to Dylan.
What are the legal ramifications of such a revelation?
We will address this tomorrow night on Crime Wire, at 7PM EST.
